Above the Barre
Above the Barre is a dance community that encourages the development of each individual through our passion for dance.
Children’s Dance
Our school year dance program is currently for ages 2.5-13 and is growing every year! We offer a wide variety of classes for the recreational dancer as well as performance & competitive opportunities for dancers who are interested in taking more classes. We build more classes for our older dancers every year and are looking forward to offering a full program for ages 2.5-18!
Our Programs
We strive to offer something special for every member of the family - from tots to new dancers, experienced dancers and even adults, there’s a little something for everyone in our classes.
Recreational Dance
From ballet, tap, and jazz to specialty options like acro, contemporary, and hip hop, there is a class to fit your dancer! Learn more about these class styles to decide what class is the best fit for you.
family classes
We love welcoming the littlest dancers to our studio and providing opportunities for families to bond! Choose from our Tiny Dancers or our NEW Music & More classes this year to get your little ones moving.
performance teams
We are so excited for our Performance Teams to represent our studio in the community this year through parades, special events, and one competition. Performance Teams will specialize in jazz and musical theater in dance style.
adult options
By offering weekly in-studio barre classes as well as an on demand portal, we help you make yourself a priority. Keep your eyes on our socials for special fitness pop ups throughout the year.
